CHP11-99 ，1981年建立于美國加州。
CHP是California Highway Patro的縮寫，11-99 的含義引用網站簡介：'it means Officer needs assistance'

該組織的目的是‘it is devoted to the welfare of CHP employees and their families ’.and, 'it is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit, charitable organization.'

這個組織的建立人是Bob Weinberg先生，建立它最初的目的，正是爲了CHP雇員的福利，源起于他自己的故事： ‘ In 1981, Bob Weinberg became aware of a CHP family facing a grave financial crisis brought on by the prolonged illness of their child, and mounting bills not covered by benefits.  When he discovered that there was no organized community support for CHP families in times of crisis, he founded the California Highway Patrol 11-99 Foundation.  ’
上面這一段，和網上流傳說是有錢人自發組織的完全不同哦，請大家以官網介紹的HISTORY爲主。

在網頁上可以直接參與捐款，沒有捐款數額的限制。所以後面這段話的來曆，也許是真的吧！（因爲看照片感覺如是。。。）
“參與的會員都是擁有頂極豪車的車主，每年每個人向這個組織捐一定數量的錢（大約5000美元） ，就可成爲會員。別小看這個組織，因爲這個組織的目的是把所有的錢捐給加州高速公路管理局以幫助每年因功勳職的警員，所以每個會員會得到一個特別的車牌和一個錢包（主要用來放駕照） ，車牌和錢包都是特制的，如果你在高速上超速或者有一般違規，只要給警察看這個特殊的車牌和錢包，警察一般對你都會直接放行”（來源于網路）

CHP11-99每半年一次的CHP-1199 Foundation Car Event規模全世界數一數二，規模大過gumball3000 ，而且頂級好車更多更密集。07年聚會，一共大約300台車，光恩佐就來了4台，爲Carrera gt22台， f430和其他法拉利車型一共89台， lamborghinimurcielago和加拉爾多一共接近100台。（可在網上搜索照片）
